Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take 1–2 additional days.

Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we make returns easy.
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fresh or frozen pet food)
- Opened consumable products (treats, supplements, grooming items)
- Prescription items
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Items marked 'Final Sale'
How to Return an Item
- Email support@usapetmarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Securely pack the item and ship it back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
