How to Track Your Order

After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

Step 2: Visit Our Website

Log into your USA Pet Market account and navigate to My Orders to view real-time order status and tracking information.

Step 3: Track Directly with the Carrier

Use the tracking number provided to track your package directly on the carrier's website, including GOPHO, UNI UNI, FEDEX depending on your location and order size.

Order Status Definitions

Order Received

We've successfully received and confirmed your order.

Processing

Your items are being picked and packed at our warehouse.

Shipped

Your order is on its way. A tracking number has been sent to your email.

Out for Delivery

Your package is with the courier and will be delivered today.

Delivered

Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

Delayed

There is an unexpected delay. We'll notify you with an updated estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, if ordered by 12:00 PM EST
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Add 2-3 additional business days

If your tracking number is not showing results, please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation email for the carrier to update their system.
